REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refund & Return Policy

At RKDVS, we strive to provide high-quality agricultural products. Returns and refunds are accepted only under the strict conditions listed below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• The product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• Once the product packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken, no return will be accepted under any circumstances
• Proof of purchase (invoice / order ID) is mandatory

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

• Product has been used even partially
• Packaging has been opened or seal is broken
• Product has been damaged due to improper use or storage
• Item is not in its original condition
• Returns based on crop results or product performance will not be accepted

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or video as proof.

4. Return Request via Email is Mandatory

To initiate a return, email: rajasthankdvs@gmail.com

• Include Order ID, date of purchase, and description of the issue
• No return accepted without prior email verification
• Send product back only after written approval from RKDVS

5. Delivery Charges

• Both forward and reverse delivery charges will be borne by the customer
• Original delivery charge is non-refundable once shipped
• Only product amount will be refunded if approved

6. Refund Process

• Refund processed after returned product is received and inspected
• If approved, credited within 5–7 business days to original payment method

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
